**We will count on you to**:
The primary focus of this role is to build and maintain strong relationships with your clients, with a focus on the following:

- Achieve applicable revenue growth targets. Specific responsibilities include business development, attending client appointments and record keeping, facilitating high-quality investment, insurance, and strategic financial advice
- Conduct interviews with members who have been referred from internal teams or with existing clients
- Facilitate the advice process by working with internal / external teams (product providers, Paraplanning team, Customer Service team)
- Maintain up-to-date client information in Xplan to ensure data integrity of advice documents, compliance, and reporting
- Create positive client experience via required client interactions
- Support a client centric culture through sustained actions and commitment
- Maintaining the CRM system and ensuring a focus on continuous improvement

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough financial assessments and provide comprehensive advice on super, investment, insurance and retirement planning, among other associated advice areas.
- Develop tailored financial plans and strategies to optimise clients' outcomes based on their unique needs and objectives.
- Conducting annual reviews and updating their financial plans accordingly.
- Ensuring compliance and accuracy of all advice documents.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional customer service.

**What you need to have**:
**Education**
- Applicants must have attained the required FASEA qualifications and be eligible to provide personal advice

**Experience**
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a financial planner

**Knowledge & Skills**
- Emotional intelligence, a can-do attitude, and high levels of resilience
- Strong problem solving and time management skills
- Strong technical and advice strategy knowledge and competency in superannuation, wealth accumulation, investments, insurance, Centrelink and tax
- High level expertise with Xplan software (including financial modelling) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritise work flow to best achieve business and client outcomes

**What makes you stand out**
- Registered on the FAR
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Masters
