We’re on the hunt for the most UPBEAT person in Melbourne to fill a Casual role of Sales & Client Success Representative at our family photography studio - Enhance Studios.

This role is perfect for a student, someone wanting to get back into work, or even someone finishing up there photographic studies and looking for a foot in the door.

Enhance Studios is Melbourne’s most LOVED Photographic Studio owned by Principal Photographer, Karina Wells, specialising in family portraiture from newborn babies to generations.

We’re a boutique and highly successful who also work with product and corporate clientele. We pride ourselves on creating high-quality unique images for every client telling their story THEIR way.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re on the hunt for the most UPBEAT person in Melbourne to fill a Part Time role of Sales & Client Success Representative at our family photography studio - Enhance Studios.

You’ll be a well-presented creative and passionate team member who will join us at our beautiful studio located in Port Melbourne. We’re a small team and your role will be multifaceted, fun and hands-on.

You will be an important part of the overall client experience from the initial enquiry, booking them in and conducting the Sales & Design Appointment. We take great pride in our sales process which starts at the very beginning of Client Experience. This means the Sales & Design Appoint is easy peasy and a lot of fun You will also be responsible for quality control, ordering and the after-sales experience including artwork collection.

You will be a coordination superstar who thinks quickly on your feet and can pivot at a moment's notice. Some people can juggle a ball or two, YOU HOWEVER, juggle 10 balls on a unicycle while playing the drums. AND you make it look easy.

You love working collaboratively in a team but also love the autonomy of working on your own. You know how to organise yourself, anticipate needs and proactively complete tasks without supervision or direction.

Most importantly though, we are looking for a phone call SUPERSTAR This role will require you to LOVE speaking on the phone, build real relationships with potential clients, sell them on the Studio experience and book their sessions. If phone calls scare you, THIS IS NOT the role for you.

This is a flexible role located at our Port Melbourne studio with the potential for work from home 1 day a week if KPIs are achieved consistently. You’ll be a valued member of our team and best of all - we’ll pay you

POSITION DESCRIPTION
- You will be responsible for calling Leads and converting them to pre-shoot bookings.
- You will be conducting the Sales & Design Appointments drawing on knowledge of composition, cropping and designing Photographic Wall Collections
- You will be responsible for the Quality Control of the Client final images in preparation for ordering
- You will be responsible for the fulfilment of Client Orders including the quality of product supplied and the artwork collection process
- You will be at the heart of our business and prove invaluable in helping support the day-to-day running of the business with administrative work.
- Managing diaries, appointment setting, booking calls and qualifying clients as needed
- Running a seamless experience for clients through effective administrative procedures and workflows.
- Data administration including processing, updating client and account details.
- Any other administration duties that may arise, as directed.
- Helping a creative environment filled with creative personalities remain organised and on task

**Salary**: $30.00 - $34.99 per hour
