As a
**CX Designer** for one of the world’s top-10 listed exchange groups, you’ll be a customer champion ready to step in and take the lead of both the customer journey and employee experience.
Brandishing excellent interpersonal skills (some even call you ‘the stakeholder whisperer’) and inimitable schmooze factor, you are driven, resilient and impeccably able to navigate a host of different personalities.
You’ll be leading projects (with the customer front of mind, of course), working with the research team to drive the right insights and tech solutions that ensure the products and services being designed will adequately meet customer needs and align with the employee experience vision.
**Got what it takes?**- 3+ years in a Customer Experience Design role- Experience building customer journey maps and service design blueprints- Strong experience in driving excellence in customer-centric experience and human-centred design, or related fields- Practical experience in customer research, prototyping and testing- Experience of design across web and apps- Ability to manage senior stakeholders and articulate design intent and insights effectively
