**Your new role**

As an experienced sales consultant, you will be responsible for the first impression many people have of the company. You will possess well refined sales skills where you will be required to obtain leads, grow your database and keep in touch with customers to guide them through the steps of buying their first home, next home, or investment.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Previous sales experience will be imperative, as will exceptional interpersonal skills. Equally important, is prior knowledge of the Melbourne residential sales market. You will feel comfortable working to targets whilst being able to operate in an autonomous environment.
