A NFP Medical Membership Association, a member-funded organisation dedicated to supporting and connecting Australian anaesthetists.

**About YOU**:
We are looking for a customer service and administration professional with great interpersonal skills who can handle multiple priorities to join their close-knit, collaborative team.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- General administration and ad-hoc support
- CRM database management using IMIS
- Processing member payments and reconciliations using IMIS
- Preparing mail and post collection

**To be successful you will have**:

- **The ability to commence in this role on January 10th, no notice periods, please**:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar Administration role, membership experience favorable
- Ability to build rapport and relationships with ease
- Knowledge and experience in all Microsoft Office Suite
- High-level organisational and customer service skills
- Tech savvy with experienced using CRM databases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
