Group Fitness Instructor

Team ARC is currently looking for passionate, experienced and suitably qualified Group Fitness Instructors to deliver the optimum group fitness experience to customers and valued members of Cockburn ARC.

We are recruiting specifically for Cycle instructors that can teach a range of classes that will be offered in our new state of the art Cycle Studio due for completion in early 2025. This includes RPM, Sprint, Spin, and a unique new class format The Trip, an immersive cycle workout experience. We are on the lookout for instructors that bring energy and enthusiasm delivering classes that are fun, engaging and create a welcoming environment.

To be successful you will have:

- Previous experience in delivering fun and engaging group fitness classes, highly desirable to have experience in Les Mills TRIP
- An ability to adapt and modify sessions to suit member’s needs.
- A passion for improving our member’s health and wellbeing.
- A motivated, friendly and engaging nature.
- Drive to deliver our service vision “outstanding service people talk about”.

The qualifications you will need:

- Les Mills certification and/or
- Freestyle Cycle Certificate
- Current Senior First Aid and CPR certificate
- Professional registration with Fitness Australia. Alternatively, if your qualification is not recognised by Fitness Australia you can provide your accreditation from the relevant association along with a copy of the certificate of insurance for professional indemnity

**Pay Rate**: $66 - $77 per hour including 25% casual loading (depending on experience and class type).
