**The Role**

We're seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the structured delivery of technical outcomes across a multi-stream secure ICT program. Working alongside senior stakeholders, engineers, and program leads, you'll keep delivery on track by coordinating schedules, managing reporting workflows, and supporting the day-to-day rhythm of delivery.

This is a Canberra-based, high-trust role with national significance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate schedules, resource alignment, and delivery activities across multiple technical workstreams.
- Support the preparation of reports, dashboards, and delivery briefings.
- Manage and maintain project registers including risk, issues, actions, and dependencies.
- Facilitate meetings, stand-ups, and project checkpoints with stakeholders.
- Track and report on milestone progress and workstream health.
- Assist with onboarding, logistics, and internal coordination processes.
- Work closely with program and project leads to ensure consistency and forward momentum.

**What You'll Need**
- Experience in project coordination within secure or complex ICT environments.
- Understanding of program lifecycle governance, milestone tracking, and RAID management.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders in structured delivery environments.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate across multiple streams.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Teams, and SharePoint (or equivalent).
- Australian Citizenship with an active **NV1 security clearance**.
