We're growing faster than ever and are on the lookout for a junior Campus Recruiter to join our award-winning global Campus Recruiting team, based in Sydney. You will be busy with lots of opportunities to prove your worth within a collaborative and fun environment.

You will succeed in this role if you're someone who is highly organised and enjoys working with student groups as well as a large Campus Recruitment team.

**On your first day, we'll expect you to**:

- Be able to showcase your attention to detail and ability to plan and prioritise
- Be happy working with high demand students with multiple offers from competitors

**It's great, but not required, if you have**:

- a background in high volume campus recruitment
- Experience attending and working with technical student societies/hackathons and Universities in Australia and New Zealand
- Familiarity with our relevant tools and programs (e.g Lever and university job boards)
