In this role, you will:

- Partner and collaborate closely with hiring managers to learn the teams and job skills necessary to hire successfully for each role
- Attend and facilitate career fairs, on-campus interview days, campus events, campus recruiting dinners, and networking/social events for our programs
- Ability to travel during peak recruiting cycles required

- Prior experience in a University Recruiting team preferred
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Personal Skills
- You need to be able to communicate effectively and have strong interpersonal skills
- Initiative is key; we are a fast-paced environment you need to be comfortable with this
- We are a small team, and we work very well together and therefore the ability to work collaboratively, be flexible and contribute as a team player is essential
