**THE ROLE**

Nutrition Warehouse is looking for a passionate and highly energetic Recruitment Officer to join our People and Culture team. This role will take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment for our retail stores nationally. This is a fast-paced, high volume role with fantastic opportunity for progression.

Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating the end-to-end recruitment for all Retail store roles, including advertising, shortlisting, phone screening, scheduling interviews, reference checks and offer;
- Building relationships with the broader team including Store Managers and Area Managers, taking a true partnership approach;
- Providing coaching and support to hiring managers to ensure best practice attraction, interview and selection techniques are implemented;

**ABOUT YOU**
- 2 years experience in high volume end-to-end recruitment
- Experience implementing a variety of innovative sourcing techniques
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coach and influence hiring managers
- Exceptional time management and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
