**Your new role**

Our Sales Representatives are in charge of successfully implementing company strategy with retailers in-store. They’re searching for someone who can assist them develop these tactics from the ground up. In this fast-paced, dynamic job, you will sharpen your business acumen, sales abilities, and stakeholder management skills while working with wonderful co-workers and receiving great perks. You will be looking after the territory in North Perth between Dongara, Jurien Bay, Joondalup and Craigie. Key responsibilities include:

- Developing sales pipelines and target client strategies
- Managing your own time to optimise business development activity
- Research accounts, identify key prospects and generate interest in the company
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Take responsibility for your own success and engage in high-performance teamwork to meet and surpass team goals
- Providing outstanding customer service to all clients and customers
- Understanding your customer needs and requirements, and acting on those to drive continual improvement of service
- Work effectively and prioritise busy workload to make sure sales targets are being met

**What you'll need to succeed***
- You are an accomplished Sales professional with a strong understanding of selling to the retail industry
- You have the ability to secure clients by providing education and solutions
- You bring a positive attitude and energy
- You can work autonomously and set your own goals
- Fantastic communication skills-both verbal and written
- A customer centric approach, ensuring your clients have a great experience dealing with you
- You have an entrepreneur mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and drive continual improvement
- You like to be out on the road utilising your sales skills in your assigned territory
- You can build new business opportunities
- You can maintain new and existing relationships with clients
