Monadelphous Heavy Lift provide a world-class heavy lift service, with an extensive range of the state-of-the-art heavy lift cranes and equipment. We provide significant heavy lift and transport capability based on an owned-and-operated heavy crane fleet and specialist equipment. Supported by a specialist team in the heavy lift department, we can engineer, plan and execute large scale lifting and transport projects in Australia.

Due to exponential growth, we are seeking a motivated and positive Maintenance Lead to oversee the development and management of our maintenance program. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient maintenance of our assets, while adhering to safety and compliance standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage maintenance requests, inspections, and repairs
- Track and monitor maintenance budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Maintain asset tracking and inventory systems
- Negotiate with suppliers for competitive rates
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols
- Prepare reports on asset performance and maintenance activities
- Monitor progress against the work schedule to ensure an issue that may impact on schedule, budget or other areas are addressed
- Lead and coordinate the delivery of services to customers, along with building long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and work performance
- Examine work outputs for quality, accuracy and completeness, responding quickly to correct quality problems

**What you’ll bring**:

- Experience in a similar role within a maintenance environment
- Proven leadership experience and the ability to manage teams
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and self-motivated
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate computer skills, ability to use Microsoft Suite including the ability to prepare work reports and job instructions
- Current C-class driver’s licence
