As our superstar Executive Assistant, you will receive guidance and mentorship from our highly experienced sales team leader. You'll never feel alone, but you won't be micro-managed either. Your key duties will include (but are not limited to):

- Answering phone calls and handling sales inquiries
- Managing calendars and coordinating tasks, appointments, and meetings
- Prioritising and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Completing administration tasks efficiently
- Ensuring all new vendor experiences align with our brand values and service
- Completing all required auction campaign activities accurately and on time.
