**Position: Customer Service Sales Representative/Administrator**

**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm,
Saturday - 9am to 1pm (Rotational Roster)
Fortnightly Hours - 60 - 76 hours

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Providing exceptional customer service and sales support
- Handling incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Building and nurturing positive customer relationships
- Managing administrative tasks with precision

Skills and Experience:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar sales and customer service role
- Intermediate computer skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and sales skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
