Due to growth within the team at Epworth Freemasons, we are seeking to appoint an experienced full time Patient Services Officer. You will be responsible for multiple aspects of the pre-admission and admission process for our elective and emergency patients and report into the Patient Service Centre Manager.

**You will make an impact by**:

- Admitting and discharging of patients
- Responding promptly to enquiries and requests
- General administrative duties and entering patient’s details to create admissions.
- Creating Estimates and completing Health Fund Checks

**To be successful in this role**

You will have:

- Strong computer literacy
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong customer service focus
- Ability to prioritise in a timely and accurate manner
- Ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions according to hospital needs
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in health care, medical or health fund industry will be highly advantageous
