We are looking for a **Sourcing & Sustainability Specialist** to manage all Sourcing & Sustainability Operations within the business. This role will be responsible for maintaining Supplier records, Supplier Manuals, and Processes while driving sustainability reporting across the Brandbank business.
**THE ROLE**:
- Manage and update Supplier Manuals & the Supplier portal to align with business needs.
- Research, create, present & publish internal resources to be used for Brand teams training and learning.
- Maintain and review the supplier database, supporting team decision-making.
- Oversee the Supplier onboarding & induction process, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date compliance records to ensure suppliers meet mandatory requirements.
- Support the execution of the Group Sourcing & Sustainability Strategy across all brands.
- Lead and project manage assigned initiatives within the Sourcing & Sustainability team.
- Research and develop learning materials for Trademark fibres across all brands.
- Maintain and update Responsible Material Sourcing Guidelines for brand teams.
- Manage Brandbank’s memberships with Sustainability partners.
- Oversee Trademark membership management, including Better Cotton data analysis and verification submissions.
- Conduct data analysis and contribute to sustainability reporting system improvements.
- On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.
**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a Production or similar role within the apparel/accessories industry.
- Experience in Sustainability and reporting to external organisations (APCO, Baptist World Aid, Better Cotton) preferred.
- Confident in asking questions and offering insights.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Problem solver with a creative and solutions-focused mindset.
- Proficient in Excel and Word (Intermediate level or above).
