We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Quality Manager to lead our QA function at our Heathwood Plastics site. This is a pivotal role focused on driving quality excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the plant manager, the Quality Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining robust quality systems, ensuring compliance with ISO9001, FSSC 22000, HACCP, and GMP standards. This role will lead quality investigations, support product development, and foster strong relationships with internal teams and external customers.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of quality systems including ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HACCP, and GMP.
- Oversee QA testing, reporting, and investigations across Blow Moulding, Injection Moulding, and Product Development.
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to reduce non-conformances and customer complaints.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external customers, ensuring quality expectations are met and exceeded.
- Manage internal audits, compliance reporting, and support digital quality platforms such as Shop Floor Online and VIMS NCR.
- Support the Food Safety Team and lead HACCP review

**What you will bring to the team**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar quality leadership role.
- Proven expertise in quality systems, audit compliance, and regulatory standards.
- Strong background in root cause analysis and structured problem-solving.
- Experience working in high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Hands-on experience with ISO, FSSC, HACCP, GMP standards.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
- Familiarity with Blow and Injection Moulding processes is desirable
- A passion for quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in quality systems and data analysis tools.
