Partnering with the CEO and leadership team, the role will take total ownership of the Finance function, enabling better commercial decision-making and helping the business achieve its short, medium and long-term goals.

By managing and mentoring a team, you will drive a best-practice finance and ASX reporting function, generating high-quality management information and analysis.

Strategic and Commercially focused, you will be able to identify growth opportunities through existing revenue streams and develop strategic plans. The role will drive major strategic initiatives such as cost savings or revenue optimization projects.

In addition, you will look after pricing and M&A projects managing all aspects of financial and legal negotiation, due diligence, capital raising and financing.

You could be an established CFO looking to challenge yourself or a Head of Finance/GM Finance looking to step up to your first CFO role. Ideally, you will have significant exposure to technology.

You will have appropriate financial qualifications and CA/CPA/ACCA and adapt to operating in a hands-on role. As a self-starter, you will be able to work to regular deadlines and targets, possess clear and confident communication skills, and influence stakeholders.

You could be an established CFO looking to challenge yourself or a Head of Finance/GM Finance looking to step up to your first CFO role. Ideally, you will have significant exposure to technology.

ASX reporting experience is essential.

This fascinating role will see you steer the finance department, be a critical part of the executive leadership team and ensure the business continues to grow and diversify.
