**Home Care Employee - Casual & Part-Time Opportunities**

**Holistic In-Home Care** is looking for compassionate and reliable **Home Care Employees** to join our growing team. We provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life.

This role is ideal for **new graduates, those new to the industry, or experienced support workers** seeking smaller hours to begin with, with the potential to build towards a more stable part-time position.

**What You’ll Do**:
Assist with light **housekeeping and meal preparation**
Provide **transport support** for appointments, shopping, and outings
Support clients with **social engagement and companionship**
Deliver care with **patience, empathy, and respect**

Shifts are typically **shorter in length**, making this an excellent opportunity for those seeking **flexible work arrangements**.

**What We’re Looking For**:

✔ Preferably with background in Dementia Care

**Requirements**:
**Driver’s Licence** and a reliable vehicle
**NDIS Worker Screening Check** (or willingness to obtain)
**National Police Check**
**First Aid & CPR Certification**
**Industry-Specific Certificate** (e.g., Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability Support)
