**WeKare Disability Support Group** is seeking female staff for our client in Croydon who is in need of community access.

Experienced workers who possess skills working with:

- providing emotional support
- Community access

would be very highly regarded, however WeKare will provide the appropriate training as needed to support any participants.
- Mandatory documentation is required for employees of NDIS providers._
- 100 points of ID (including a valid driver’s licence, Birth certificate, passport or Visa).
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current National Police Check (specifying unsupervised with vulnerable persons)
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification
- Infection Control in the Workplace Certification
- NDIS Worker Orientation Certification

Workers will be required to support participant to live as independently as possible within the parameters of their plan arrangements and behavioural guidelines. Assist participants to achieve their plan goals and participate in the community.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $33.96 - $41.76 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 27 per week

**Experience**:

- Manual handling: 2 years (required)
- lock and load wheelchair in vehicle: 2 years (required)
- ability to drive a van: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
- First Aid Certification (required)
- CPR Certification (required)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (required)
- NDIS Screening Clearance (required)
- National police Check (specifying :unsupervised with VP) (required)
