**Overview
**The role is responsible for assisting in the facilitation and delivery of improvements to business processes, supporting organisational change and improving standard of output. This role will build and develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to assist in the delivery of operational initiatives.
The role will form part of and collaboratively contribute to the Operations Integrity & Data Insights team that is responsible for providing insights and continuous improvement for Link Group APAC Operations
**Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities**
- **Assist in the design of process improvement initiatives to enable better business processes and drive efficiencies**:
- **Actively work with stakeholders to assist in changing processes and implementing changes to achieving organisational success**:
- **Document, measure and analyse processes to understand issues, root cause of issues and recommend potential solutions**:
- **Qualification of costs/benefits**:
- **Leverage from broader quality team analysing quality reporting to identify potential improvements**:
- **Engage with stakeholders to map processes and gain better understanding of requirements so that changes can be implemented effectively**:
- **Assist and support organisation initiatives to drive change and achieve operational excellence**:
- **Conduct post implementation reviews to ensure deliverables are being met and achieving benefits**:
- **Manage stakeholders at various levels of the business to achieve the desired outcomes
