We are looking for an experienced Operations Analyst to join our insurance team in developing and reviewing standard operations procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Writing procedures for the new system being implemented.
- Analyzing reports for each division to see how they're tracking.
- Reporting to the National Operations Manager.
- Handling internal stakeholders and looking at KPIs.
- Researching and preparing papers and reports for senior managers.
- Training, data migration, and making sure the docs are compliant.

**Requirements**:

- Underwriting knowledge and/or experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Experience with running budgeting reports and analyses.
