**Responsibilities**:
The Atlassian Admin Experience team’s mission is to build the centralized mission control that spans the entirety of the Atlassian product portfolio, help admins more effectively attend to the needs of their users, and set admins up to be Atlassian’s strongest advocate within their organization.

In this role, you will
- Lead and manage a team of Product Managers by providing strategic insight, facilitation, coaching and growth support.
- Developing and executing a strategic roadmap for the user management pillar of the Admin app
- Planning and executing features that balance customer requirements, market analysis, resource constraints and passion for creating awesome solutions.
- Managing the backlog and incoming feature requests, as well as defining key success metrics.
- Building relationships and collaborating with engineers, designers, customer support and other user facing teams on delivering unique solutions to tricky problems.
- Operate as an expert with deep understanding of admin jobs to be done and ability to translate complex customer requirements into compelling experiences

**Your Background**
- Product management experience at a SaaS company, ideally with a focus on administration or user management and content management services and tools
- Proven track record of building, leading, and growing a team of 3-5 product managers within a large organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Track record of managing and shipping expanding feature sets that depend on the effective collaboration of multiple product development teams
- Bias to action, sense of urgency, and commitment to clarity that makes you someone your team can instinctively trust and rally behind
- Ability to build relationships and influence without authority at all levels of the organization.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- 8+ years of prior product management experience
- Built a business case to fund a new product initiative
- Fluency in systems thinking and/or large system design experience
- Computer science or a related technical degree
