This opportunity is with a highly rated Australian owned financial services company primarily supporting customers with real estate, property management/development, accounting, financial planning and insurance.

**Property Manager**
As a Property Manager, you will be involved in the end to end property management lifecycle primarily supporting brand new residential buildings and developments. This role will see you liaising with owners, builders and tenants in supporting leasing, managing and maintaining properties across Perth.

Currently this portfolio only has 27 properties with more under construction for a maximum of only 110 properties within the portfolio.

This role will see you:

- Handling maintenance requests, including organising with tenants, owners and builders
- Conducting Ingoing, Routine and Final Inspections
- Supporting daily water and rent arrears, bond refunds etc
- Handover inspections on completion of construction of new buildings

**About You**
This role would suit a motivated property manager with demonstrated experience.

Your skills and experience should include:

- Current Property Management license
- Demonstrated experience within the industry
- Full driver's license
- Excellent time management skills including the ability to prioritise skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
