Our client is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced Property Manager to join a thriving team in Perth’s inner west. Reporting to the Head of Property Management, the Property Manager will be in charge of a portfolio of 80-90 properties, overseeing the full “A-Z” managing process, including:

- Liaising with clients
- Business development activities
- Preparing and signing of lease agreements
- Compliance adherence
- Lease processes including rent reviews and renewals
- Repairs and maintenance
- Regular property inspections
- Final property inspections

**Who we are looking for**
- REIWA Registration
- Current Driver’s License
- Strong organisational ability and customer service focused
- Motivated and proactive in approach
- Excellent communication skills
- An outgoing personality and growth mindset, willing to adapt and learn

You will be joining a positive, friendly and diligent team. You will be supported by a Virtual Assistant who manages calls and enquiries and a Trust Accountant also provides support to the role. Properties are all situated locally, approximately within a 10km range of the office. Initial property condition reports are not a requirement as these are handled by an external provider.
