Gluer Operator

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate gluing equipment and ensure proper adhesion for durability.
- Align and attach soles accurately to maintain product quality.
- Inspect finished products for any defects or misalignment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow safety procedures when handling adhesives and equipment.

**Requirements**:

- No prior experience needed; training provided.
- Good attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

Pay: $25.83 - $55.27 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
