**About us**:
Intencity opened its first Family Entertainment Centre (FEC) in 1995 and was wholly acquired by Village Roadshow Limited in 1999. We operate closely with Village Cinemas and Warner Village Theme Parks. Intencity FEC’s are found in 6 locations along the East Coast of Australia as well as Adelaide and Tasmania. We have a vast array of classic and contemporary video games as well as ticket and prize redemption games that appeal to children, teenagers and adults alike.

**About the role**:
The External Collector is responsible for managing all aspects of the operations at the external locations to ensure compliance with the financial, operational and policy expectations of the division. You will be responsible for managing the daily performance of external locations with compliance to company policy and processes and maximize opportunities to improve the performance of the sites.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Under guidance of the External Manager perform external cash collections of our games in various locations
- Maintain stock levels of prizes at our external locations;
- Uphold impeccable standards of presentation at external locations ensuring the attractions deliver a family friendly entertainment experience;
- Correct minor games faults in accordance with training/competency level and report faults that require a technician appropriately
- Provide exceptional customer service to both external and internal customers at all times;
- Preparation of financial, operational and marketing reports if required;
- General duties, including accurate cash handling/ counting/ monthly stocktaking;
- Uphold a safe work environment and ensure games areas comply with Occupational Health and Safety requirements; and,
- Other duties as specified by your direct Manager.

**About you**:

- Reliable and safe personal vehicle with valid driver’s license;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Exceptional cash handling skills;
- An interest in maintaining coin operated amusement equipment;
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Flexibility in relation to working a flexible and rotational 7 day roster, which includes weekends, school holidays and public holidays.
