**A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated New Car Sales Manager to join Australasia’s largest automotive retailer **

In this role you will be responsible for all activities within our New Car Sales Department including motivating, mentoring and overseeing the ultimate Guest experience.

The successful applicant will possess the skill and capability to achieve monthly set targets/KPIs, whilst maintaining profit objectives. This role will require you to manage a team of Sales Consultants, so a strong, inclusive and engaging leadership style is essential.

**About the role**

In this role you will be responsible for all activities within our New Car Sales Department including motivating, mentoring and overseeing the ultimate Guest Experience.
