EssilorLuxottica is looking for a Product Manager, Lenses to sit within our Wholesale Marketing team. Our lens portfolio includes brands such as Varilux, Crizal, Eyezen, Transitions and Nikon that correct and protect the vision of billions of people globally. As Product Manager you will manage the full product lifecycle for your portfolio - optimising our product strategy and work closely with our Trade Marketing and Sales teams to implement successful Go-To Market strategies and product promotions.

Requirements for Success

Define and lead the product portfolio strategy for your portfolio of brands

Be the product knowledge expert

Optimise our product offerings to drive strong commerical results

Lead all aspects of new product launches, working with Operations, Sales and Trade marketing teams

Analyse the portfolio's commercial results and propose and implement opportunities to drive value growth

Manage product portfolio budget

Skills & Experience

Tertiary qualifications in a marketing related discipline
A customer centric approach
Broad marketing skill set
Excellent analytical skills
Able to express ideas, opinions and thoughts succinctly and clearly, both verbally and written
Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally and shows high level of integrity
Understanding of how to translate data and insights into actionalable plans
Stong understanding of business KOIs, drivers of business performance with solid reporting skills
Highly orgainsied with multi-tasking skills, second to none
Comfortable working in a fast paced, evolving environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to getting the small things right the first time
Prior experience in understanding specialist technical products and/or the health/optical sector would be beneficial
