**The opportunity**

As we continue expanding across Australia, we now have exciting opportunities as Assistant Centre Manager, Operations Coordinator, Operator and Leader to join our team, oversee centre operations, work with students and parents and manage and lead a team of Instructors at our centres in Sydney.

**Responsibilities**
- Day-to-day operations and manage all aspects of the centre
- Screen, hire, train, motivate and develop instructors for maximum student engagement and efficiency
- Manage a team of Instructors to deliver instruction that aligns with Mathnasium Methodology
- Successfully sell the Mathnasium program, build relationships with parents, and achieve optimal customer satisfaction
- Administer Mathnasium curriculum through the student assessment and diagnosis, development of learning plans and documentation of progress

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years experience
- Strong sales and marketing experience
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership skills
- Passion for education and interacting with students and parents
- Teaching or tutoring experience is desirable
- Confident with up to Year 12 (HSC) maths content

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
