Centre Director

The Centre Director/Nominated Supervisor is responsible for managing all day-to-day aspects of the

service's operations including leadership of educators providing high-quality education and care.

Applicants must hold a minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education.

A minimum of 3-5 years of early childhood centre management experience is required.

Candidates must hold valid Australian work rights.

The Nominated Supervisor is responsible for overseeing:

• Education programs

• Administration and management of children's medication

• Supervision and safety of children

• A valid Working with Children Check must be held at the time of application

• Safe entry and exit of children from the premises

• Sleep and rest of children whilst at the centre

• Children's excursions

• Staffing

• Food and beverages served to children

• Physical facilities

• Recruiting and managing staff

• Managing the overall image of the centre: and

• Developing supportive partnerships with families

• Ensuring the service is compliant with all relevant laws and educational frameworks governing early

childhood services

• Managing the financial affairs of the service alongside the Approved Provider/ Parent Management Committee
