This role is a permanent position.

This role as Store Manager presents an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a family owned and run company that prides itself on its people.

The successful applicant will have experience in a similar position, working in a high-volume retail store. Ability to lead a team, offer fantastic customer service and drive sales and profitability is essential.

With a well establishment retail team and support network throughout the group, we at Liquormart AU pride ourselves on flexible work arrangements and supporting our staff with growth opportunities.

**As part of our management team, you will**:

- Have experience Managing a large volume retail store
- Have previous experience in a retail environment including stock management, ordering, invoicing, deliveries, reporting on store performance, etc.
- Ensure stock is ordered and managed in accordance with company guidelines
- Manage a team of loyal and capable staff, including rostering, performance and budgeting
- Learn and maintain knowledge of wine, spirits and craft beer, as well as stay up to date with trends
- Cash management
- Safety management for both team members and customers
- Provide superior service to all our customers
- Develop rapport and ongoing customer relationships with our locals
- Maintain eye-catching merchandising
