**The role**:
The Level 2 Site Support Officer is responsible for delivering IT support to the site, which includes:

- Delivering IT Refresh and Improvement Projects;
- Commissioning new software (for example: PC SOE) and hardware;
- Checking that installations align with the company's IT framework;
- Completing risk assessments and testing, handling escalated jobs;
- Managing IT Project work to ensure that operations have fit-for-purpose hardware and communications infrastructure;
- Configuring services and completing switches under instruction; and
- Delivering a high standard of customer Helpdesk IT support.
