Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Officer

Position Summary

Become a key player in our financial operations. You'll handle payments to suppliers and ensure timely customer collections, contributing to our financial success.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable:

- Review, process, and record invoices accurately.
- Manage vendor accounts and address inquiries.
- Ensure payment accuracy and resolve issues.
- Reconcile supplier statements and assist in month-end closing.

Accounts Receivable:

- Generate customer invoices based on orders.
- Manage new customer accounts and collections.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Allocate payments and maintain accurate records.

General Finance Support
- Collaborate with departments for inquiries.
- Assist in financial reporting and data entry.
- Maintain organized transaction records.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in AP/AR or similar role.
- Familiarity with accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thebarton, SA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounts payable: 2 years (required)
- Accounts receivable: 2 years (required)
