At Grinders Coffee, we're on the hunt for a dynamic Territory Manager to join our passionate team and help us deliver exceptional coffee experiences in Adelaide's south territory
In this role you are ensuring our customers are receiving the right level of service to unlock their full Hot Beverage potential. Within this role you will work closely with your direct team, ensuring the Grinders strategy and business objectives are being met. As a Grinders Territory Manager, you are accountable & responsible for all the coffee existing and new business in your territory. Your role is to own your business, delivering growth opportunities for high value coffee customers. Success in your role is delivering long term sustainable growth for the Grinders brands in your territory.
Customer Focus & Alignment
- Develop strong and sustainable customer relationships, service, trust and mutual profitable growth opportunities through agreed sales call plans that balance customers and Grinder's business needs
- Understand and anticipate customer needs, identify where there is potential for growth to contribute to the customers business focus.
Planning & Strategy
- Establish a plan to capture opportunities and align to the key channel strategies.
- Ensure you are an indispensable partner to our customers, now and in the future.
Selling & Negotiation
- Sell to customers with support by identifying opportunities to meet customer and Grinders needs.
- Confidently demonstrate performance review and growth initiatives with the customer in relation to contractual and/or agreed terms.
- Build a new business pipeline and convert new customers to partner with Grinders coffee.
Channel & Category Knowledge
- Understands and is able to articulate the full Grinders coffee portfolio, the channel strategy, SKU and initiatives to drive channel and customer growth.
- Understands the channel priorities and profit drivers for the Grinders Business
- Confidently demonstrates and articulates the Grinders coffee Portfolio, Equipment, Merchandising & quality standards to the customer, ensuring alignment and commitment from key decision makers.
- Actively manage, influence and diagnose Range, Equipment (inclusive of Grinders & coffee machines), Coffee Quality and/or Execution/merchandising Standards to optimise return for Grinders and Customers.
Commercial Acumen & Accountability
- Can confidently apply trade maths with customers.
- Understands how Grinder's coffee makes money down to EBIT and is aware of impact within their territory.
- Identifies risks and opportunities to success of the territory plan.
- Can confidently and accurately apply, articulate and model sustainable commercial partnerships on any existing and new business opportunities
