Financial Services firm seeking a Permanent Procurement Leader to join their team at a great rate of pay

**Your new company**
This leading Financial Services firm requires a permanent Procurement Leader to join their team at a great rate of pay. This job is located in Brisbane but offers remote working flexibility.

**Your new role**
In your new position, you will deliver procurement category management across the organisation. You will develop category plans and strategies, sourcing/negotiation initiatives and ongoing management of the existing contract portfolio. You will gather market and industry knowledge about categories in scope and you will analyse and summarise existing contracts and current spend. You will establish contracts that are competitive, reduce risk and optimise supply through appropriate SLAs. You will ensure compliance with all policies, processes and governance.

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be considered for this role, you will have procurement experience (including vendor management and strategic sourcing). You will have excellent negotiation, stakeholder management and communication skills. You will be resilient in nature and have a strong growth mindset.
