Experienced Structural Drafter

Bespoke Engineering Solutions are a multi-disciplinary Consulting Engineering Organization whom are offering an immediate opportunity for a permanent structural drafter to support the delivery of works within the structural team.

The Structural Drafter will be expected to assist the engineers with drawing preparation and document control on many of the company's projects.

**Roles and Responsibilities of the Structural Drafter will include**:

- Drafting, scheduling and the production of drawings using AutoCAD
- Design and documentation of residential framing to AS1684
- Document and deliver structural drawings in accordance with recognized standards & guidelines
- Assist in the development of office drafting standards and procedures
- Coordinating structural documentation with documentation from external parties
- Construction works inspection and initial site consultations
- Client business development experience an advantage
- Strengths in solving technical problems and design issues such that the preferences of individual clients are met
- Basic engineering design capabilities in support of the design engineers and department.

**To be considered for the role of Structural Drafter, you will have**:

- A minimum of 3 years drafting in structural engineering specifically Residential, Industrial & Commercial experience.
- Strong time management skills
- The ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
- Excellent skills on AutoCAD
- The ability to hit the ground running
- Driver's licence & reliable vehicle
