Join a Trusted Leader in Management and Compliance Solutions
Are you passionate about building better systems, driving compliance, and making a real difference in organisations?
Management and Compliance Solutions (MACS) is expanding and seeking an experienced Management Systems Consultant (MSC) to join our collaborative and dynamic consulting team.
For nearly 12 years, we've been delivering simple, lean, and highly effective management systems to over 230 organisations across Australia, New Zealand, and Papua New Guinea. We pride ourselves on long-standing client relationships built on trust, expertise, and results.
What We Offer
- Flexible working arrangements (contract/casual/part-time/full-time)
- Work-from-home combined with meaningful on-site client interactions
- Challenging and varied projects across multiple industries
- A supportive, values-driven team culture
About the Role
This is a consultative role — not a "regulatory/enforcement" one. You'll work directly with clients to support and improve their management systems, ensuring they meet and exceed relevant standards and legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, AS9100, RACGP, TMR, etc.)
- Conducting internal audits and supplier/subcontractor assessments
- Completing site inspections and gap analyses
- Leading risk assessments (e.g. SWMS) and compliance evaluations
- Delivering non-RTO internal training (e.g. internal auditor training)
- Supporting clients with SharePoint-based management system tools
- Ensuring compliance with current legislation and industry standards
About You
You're a detail-oriented professional who loves well-structured systems, loathes typos and poor formatting, and enjoys helping businesses do things better — not just for compliance, but for performance.
To Succeed in This Role, You'll Need:
Mandatory:
- Internal Auditor Training (minimum)
- Proven experience conducting audits
- Demonstrated success in developing or maintaining management systems
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Confidence in facilitating staff training and capability building
- Ability to work autonomously and on-site
- Valid driver's licence and own transport
Desirable:
- Diploma of Quality Auditing
- Lead Auditor Certification
- TAE Training & Assessment Qualification
- Cert III or IV in WHS
Sound Like You?
If you're passionate about systems, compliance, improving processes, having a meaningful impact, and have "OCD" (for getting 'systems' right), this may be the job for you and we'd love to hear from you. Please apply now through Seek, or click here.
