VeiraMal Consulting is seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our client's business in Loganholme . Our client, UNIFOLD HOLDINGS PTY LTD is looking for an enthusiastic individual who can work well in a team, with strong communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Effective delivery of planned and breakdown maintenance tasks
• High standard of carpentry skills and the execution of tasks to required industry standard
• Maintaining security in relation to the usage of company tools and equipment
• You will have the following skill set and attributes:
• A team player that can add value to the team by covering a wide range of skills
• Suitable qualification in the Carpentry trade
• Demonstrate a high level of communication skills
• Solid ability to plan and organize tasks and resources to meet deadlines
• A strong safety focus - promoting site safety standards
• Review drawings and blueprints to determine appropriate materials and installation methods.
• Operate power tools to cut, prepare, and assemble timber for structural purposes.
• Nail fascia panels, fit door frames, cut wood joints, and work with adhesives, laminates, and metals.
• Manufacture components and fixtures from wood, plywood, wallboard, and aluminium to construct operable walls and accordion doors.

Experience: More than 1 year

Qualification:

You will be a trade qualified Carpenter, have previous maintenance Carpentry experience and have good communication skills.

Remuneration:

$77,000 plus superannuation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
