**What You Will Be Doing**

Make a difference and be part of something BIG A rare and unique opportunity has opened up for a passionate and innovative Strategic Asset Coordinator to work on the of the exciting new Frankston Hospital Redevelopment project. The Strategic Asset Coordinator works with the Redevelopment team to develop and implement the Asset Management Framework.

The primary role of the Strategic Asset Coordinator is to empower the network and user groups to make informed decisions regarding asset management. This will be achieved through a robust framework that will require significant strategic design and analytics.

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Demonstrated report writing ability
- Strategic lifecycle management experience for asset management
- Experience with Asset Management databases
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Database analytics skillset
- Completed or working towards formal qualifications relevant to the role (eg. project management, business or Health Care)
