**About the role**

As a Unit Trust and Cash Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of QIC’s fund operations, ensuring our outsourced services run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with our external vendors and internal teams to deliver seamless registry and cash management services for our investment vehicles.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor daily cashflows, perform intraday reconciliations and manage registry transactions and portfolio sweeps.
- Oversee unit trust distribution processes across internal teams and external vendors.
- Support and monitor unit pricing for both internally managed and externally administered funds.
- Coordinate investor call notifications, process fund expenses and income and manage FX and sweep instructions.
- Maintain asset bank account data and custody accounts.Partner with internal teams on pricing, registry and cash matters, providing guidance to ensure smooth operations and positive outcomes.

**About you**

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on detail, is adaptable and works autonomously whilst valuing teamwork. You will be a finance professional who takes ownership and pride of quality of work to deliver client outcomes. You’ll be a great fit if you have:

- Experience across back, middle or front office with strong knowledge of unit registry, pricing and cash forecasting.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft 365 including spreadsheets.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, focusing on collaboration and outcomes.A proactive approach to improving processes, contributing to team success and growing your understanding of QIC’s investment operations.
