**About the role**

To support our success we are looking for an Operational Analyst to join the Transitions and Corporate Services Team, with flexibility for this role to be based in either Brisbane, Sydney Melbourne.

As an Operational Analyst you will support the configuration and data transfer of corporate plans joining Australian Retirement Trust by either Successor Fund Transfer (SFT) or Member Consent (MCT), to ensure the system configuration and data transfer is implemented in accordance with Australian Retirement Trust agreed standards.

You will be responsible for implementing required system changes associated with corporate product changes (e.g. insurance re-rates, PDS review and maintenance of corporate plan summaries). You will also work with the relevant Business Development and Relationship Managers, Transitions Manager and Project Manager(s) and will be expected to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

This role is integral to the successful execution of transitions and the ongoing system maintenance for corporate superannuation plans within Australian Retirement Trust.

This role is available as a **permanent/ full-time opportunity.**

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:

- A sound knowledge and understanding of corporate superannuation plans (ideally 5-10 years’ experience), both from an operational and legislative perspective.
- Able to participate in a multi-disciplined team in the transition of corporate clients across Industry, stand-alone and retail funds (master trusts).
- Ability to propose outcomes within Australian Retirement Trust to achieve best practice in implementations and servicing large corporate clients.
- A strong understanding of superannuation legislation and Australian Retirement Trust product offering to help guide and control the transition process in conjunction with other Operational Analysts and the Transitions Manager.
- Experience in supporting the development of superannuation administration and peripheral systems.
- Intermediate level Microsoft Excel skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve defined project deliverables and maintain the big picture whilst drilling into details as required.
- Good report writing skills including the ability to write business papers, procedures and basic training material.
