We are seeking experienced and compassionate Support Workers to join our team for two brand-new Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) apartment complexes located in **Castle Hill, Rouse Hill & Thornleigh**.

This newly developed site will initially commence services with five participants, progressively increasing to 24/7 supports as new residents move in. As part of this exciting expansion, we are looking for committed casual staff to join our growing team and make a meaningful impact.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in medication administration, manual handling, epilepsy management, and positive behaviour support.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, person-centred care for clients with complex and high support needs.
- Committed to working within a dynamic 24/7 Hub Model, with flexibility to adapt across a range of shift patterns, including weekends, evenings, and overnight shifts.

**Mandatory Licences/Credentials**
- Current First Aid and CPR certification or a booking to complete one
- Valid driver’s licence and vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- NSW Working With Children - Employee
- NDIS Worker Screening Check - Employee
- Completion of NDIS Quality, Safety, and You module

**Pay Rates**
E3.1 (Casual in home and SIL)
**SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax)**:

- Base hourly rate: $35.15
- Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $38.67
- Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday) $39.37
- Saturday: $49.21
- Sunday: $63.27
- Public holiday: $77.33
- All employees will be required to comply with mandatory directives as mandated within the relevant state or territory where they work._
