**Your new role**
As part of the Payments Operations team at NAB, your main responsibilities will include:
- Perform a range of routine administrative & back end processing activities
- Taking inbound calls from both consumer and merchant customers who dispute a payment.
- Making outbound calls to customers who have lodged a dispute online.
- Probing potential payment disputes and performing chargebacks where necessary
- Handling 15-20 calls per day
- Providing an excellent level of customer service
This position is a full time 12-month temporary assignment commencing on the 5th September, with the potential to extend or go permanent. You will be paid $32.69ph. You will have a hybrid working environment, in the office 2-3 days a week from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30-5:00pm.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- At least 6 months customer service experience
- Ideally experience in Banking or Telecoms
- Excellent communication skills
- A high energy individual with the ability to problem solve
