- Effectively communicate with clients and staff demonstrating understanding, empathy, patience and a positive
- Exercise judgement and discretion in undertaking various tasks whilst being responsible for the quality of work undertaken, by managing workloads appropriately; prioritising tasks and ensuring work is completed within designated
- Provide high quality confidential administration support to the team.
- Act as a primary point of contact for all incoming and outgoing
