**About the role**:
Western Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead the operational delivery of medical education programs across multiple hospital campuses. This is a key leadership role supporting junior medical staff training, simulation, wellbeing initiatives, and clinical supervisor engagement.

Working closely with the Program Director and Directors of Training, you'll oversee a large portfolio of educational activity—from intern onboarding to PGY3+ supervision—while managing a high-performing team of Medical Education Officers and administrative staff. Your expertise will ensure quality systems, efficient operations, and alignment with national standards.
