We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with
**previous experience with an ERP OR HCM implementation** to oversee the successful delivery of multiple complex programs. You will be responsible for defining program objectives, developing program plans, and managing program resources to ensure the timely and successful completion of each program.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Define program objectives, scope, and requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Identify and manage program risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage program resources, including people, budgets, and materials.
- Monitor and report on program progress to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Lead program meetings, including status updates, issue resolution, and decision making.
- Ensure program deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
- Foster positive relationships with stakeholders and team members and facilitate communication and collaboration.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- At least 7 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of delivering complex programs on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Knowledge of program management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, and Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and requirements.
