Are you an experienced Program Manager with a proven track record in successfully delivering migration based projets particularly in SAP S/4 HANA? We are seeking a skilled and strategic Program Manager to lead and ensure the successful delivery of our critical SAP S/4 HANA migration program, in alignment with our government based client's needs. This is a Hybrid role promising an exciting and engaging body of work.

Your responsibilities will encompass planning, resource management, monitoring, and reporting on the program's progress. You will provide direction and guidance to project managers, senior management, and key stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.

**Role Outline**:

- Lead and oversee the implementation of the SAP S/4 HANA migration program.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure project progress aligns with objectives and policies.
- Establish and maintain high-quality project management mechanisms, ensuring proper monitoring, reporting, and implementation.
- Implement quality assurance processes and activities to uphold program excellence.
- Develop and manage comprehensive program and project plans, clearly reflecting objectives and deliverables.
- Engage with internal functional managers and staff to address cross-team policy and process development.
- Foster effective communication through appropriate channels to support project and program deliverables.
- Provide expert leadership and advice on program governance, planning, and implementation.
- Collaborate with other Program Managers to ensure consistency, alignment, and knowledge-sharing across programs.
