As a Healthcare Workforce & Credentialing Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that the ADF Health Services contract maintains high standards of clinical credentialing and compliance. This is an opportunity to work with a passionate and professional team committed to quality care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing clinical credentialing for new applicants using the Serco compliance tool (MyCred)
- Conducting interviews and reference checks for clinical roles
- Supporting credentialing processes for secondary roles and re-credentialing activities
- Collaborating with the recruitment team to assess applicant suitability and process compliance waivers
- Providing clinical guidance on maintaining success profiles and credentialing tools
- Assisting with audits, reports, and other recruitment or training activities as needed

Your ideal skills & experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in nursing, allied health, or a related field, with AHPRA registration
- Minimum 4 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting within the past 6 years
- Experience in clinical recruitment, including interviews and credentialing
- Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- A commitment to working both independently and collaboratively to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes
Desirable but not essential:
- Experience in developing clinical governance documents or delivering clinical education
- Experience with quality activities or organisational change initiatives
