Managing administrative tasks related to the property, including maintaining records, issuing notices for meetings, conducting meetings and take minutes of meetings.
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and regulations governing strata-titled properties.
- Submitting annual budgets and financial reports.
- Organizing and overseeing maintenance and repairs and approving contractor payments including issuance or work orders.
- Coordinating with contractors and service providers for necessary work.
- Facilitating conflict resolution processes in accordance with strata laws and regulations.
- Serving as the main point of contact for owners, tenants, and the strata committee on behalf of the Strata Manager.
- Communicating important information such as changes in rules or upcoming maintenance work.
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, insurance requirements, and other legal obligations by handling breaches, and grievances from owners.
- Managing risks related to health and safety, property damage, or financial matters.
- Providing advice to the strata committee on legal matters affecting the property in line with the Owners Corporation Act and other regulations.
- Provide all due support to the Owners Corporation

Pay: $80,000.00 per year

- Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
